Customer Care Center

CCM operates a Customer Care Center with best practices for service support. It includes a Network Operating Centre (NOC) which is responsible for testing, troubleshooting, customer support and the monitoring of the Transaction Platform.

The mission of the Service Desk & NOC is to be client oriented and to focus on improving the end-to-end services experience. At an operational level, it provides a single point of contact (SPOC) for merchants including advice, guidance, change in requests, and the rapid restoration of normal services to clients and end users. The Service Desk & NOC operate on the principle that client satisfaction and perception are critical.

Moreover, CCM provides all necessary processing for the complete settlement and statement issuing of banks cardholders and acquiring merchant's activities.

Profitability reports aid our partners in determining the most economic pricing schedules for fees and discounts. Settlements are then made at the convenience of the merchant.
